An intriguing cépage of black and white varietals from a single superior site in Gibbston Valley. A tenth of carbonic ferment Pinot Noir is introduced for richness and complexity, tannin structure and rakish pink hues. Juicy bouquet of guava, gingers and quince, brimming with a bevy of south sea fruits, nutmeg and allspice on the exhileratingly bright refreshing finish.

Mr Mick is all about Mick Knappstein, decorated with the Order of Australia for his role in developing Clare Valley as an internationally renowned origin of world class wine. Knappstein mentored a young cellar hand named Tim Adams, whom he encouraged to complete his studies in oenology and take up winemaking as a profession. So ideal for a sunny Mediterranean style of food friendly Rose, the black Biscay soils of Port Willunga yield a generously flavoured Sangiovese. Yer Jester's stimulated into perfect ripening by the cooling afternoon sea breezes of St Vincent's Gulf. Completely hand picked throughout the warmer daylight hours and set aside to chill overnight, grapes are crushed and destemmed, pressed off skins and treated to a long cool ferment until completely dry. Brown Muscat and Black Muscat, treated to a cool ferment on yeast lees alongside a parcel of Mourvedre for colour and complexity. After much time spent travelling throughout the premiere viticole de France, Mike and Mrs Press fell in love with the Rosé of Provence, resolving to create a single vineyard effort from their very own property in Adelaide Hills. The cuvées of Louis Roederer are the fruit of patient work, a collaboration between France's finest growers and most accomplished winemakers. Anna Rosina, together with husband Karl Heinrich, established and farmed the Kalleske vineyard from 1853 until the 1880s.
