An exciting cépage of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, treated to a bespoke ferment and elevage, the aim being to coalesce the individual characters into a whole that's so much greater than the sum of parts. Thanks to the rhapsody of fruits and a short course of skin contacts, Amphora glows with a handsome golden orange hue, its roast apricot and snow pea nose precedes a rich textural palate, ripe fruit flavours and crisp herbaceous finish.
