Josmeyer was founded in 1854 by Aloyse Meyer, restaurateur and gourmet, amid the communes of Wintzenheim, Turckheim and Wettolsheim. Fromenteau is an old moniker for Pinot Gris, the ancient term conjures impressions of cereal fields and the harvest time. Fashioned to a more natural process of vinification, Pinot Gris expresses a pastoral, earthy personality. Made from organically and biodynamically grown grapes, off vines averaging thirty five years of age, Josmeyer is crafted with the sensibility of an artist, it shares with you its poetry, intimacy and finesse.

Jean-Marc Brocard often considers himself to be a servant of nature, he is unswerving in his determination to offer beautifully made Chablis wines in their purest forms. Each edition of Brocard is a Chablis first, foremost and to the last drop, wines which are some of the most beautiful and consistently characterful, pure expressions of Chardonnays. The cool mineral discipline of the generally lean soils and clime, ultimately tightens and structures the distinctive and complex Chardonnay grapes. Petit Chablis is a signature style of the greater Chablis region.

Starting out in the early 1970s with just one hectare of vine, Jean Marc Brocard has built up to a formidable 120 hectares of the most distinguished viticulture in Chablis. Remarkable for their natural water pebble acidity, a virtue of the minerality within a very special soil, infusing the wine with an exquisite tension which is the timeless signature of all great Chablis. Grapes are assembled from vines harvested off the most illustrious Premier and Grand Cru sites, planted to slopes on either side of the Serein River valley in which the ancient town of Chablis itself is situated.

The Camargue is a grand river delta in the south of France, along the Cote Méditerranéenne and Golfe du Lion, within the greater province of Languedoc Roussillon. A vast plain of wild horses and bull husbandry, reedy marshes and shallow lagoons, teeming with flocks of languorous pink flamingos. Grapes are chilled and lightly pressed to isolate the finest free run tête de cuvée. Batches are treated to a slow ferment for a long, cool vinification, preserving the vibrant crispness of ripe, juicy Grenache, brimming with pink fruit and structured for savoury, gourmandise fare.

Yes they really do exist, thousands of tourists visit the French Camarague every year to delight in the wonder of frolicking pink flamingos. A venerable estate of some historical import, Domaine De Jarras practise the challenging viticulture of beach sands and estuary soils. Planted within metres of the Mediterranean, their vineyards are nourished by rich sediments deposited by River Rhône. Grenache is the grape of choice, the locals make every style of wine from it, red and white, sparkling and Rosé. Domaine De Jarras have been crafting outstanding pink wines here since the 1860s.

Six parts Grenache and four of Syrah, for over half a century, Parrallele 45 has been assembled from a coterie of Paul Jaboulet vineyards across the greater Cotes du Rhone. Named after the latitude which is closest to the cellars of Maison Paul Jaboulet Aine, Parrallele 45 is a wine of exceptional freshness, aromatic richness and fleshiness of palate. An articulation of the salubrious aspects, vigorous climes and remarkable soils, which combine to form one of the old world's most ancient winegrowing regions.

By one of the most enduring marques in Cotes du Rhone, Antoine Jaboulet established vines here in 1834, his legacy remains, a catalog of the most renowned Vignoble and Domaines in all France. Every year, an exquisite wine is born from the Jaboulet vineyards, an enticing elixir of dulcet appeal and celestial charm that's shaped by nature. Medieval historian Pliny the Elder referred to this wine in his Natural History, but it was not until the seventeenth century, when the site was planted to Muscat, that Vin Doux Naturel was to become famous.

From fruit grown to three different plots, west of the road that joins Bibbona to Bolgheri. Soils are sandier and climes slightly warmer during the summer months, conditions which are ideal for growing Syrah, which accounts for a third of Insoglio del Cinghiale. An intense ruby red colour, the nose is powerfully fruit driven with hints of liquorice and spiced oak. The palate is exquisitely balanced, harmonious, richness of fruit supported ripe, round tannins. Its peppery character makes it perfect with game, such as the local wild boar after which it is named.

The aromatic French Vidal is the grape of choice for making Canadian Icewine. A long and steady ripener, it has rich, full aromas and flavours balanced by firm acidity. The ripe berries are dehydrated through constant freezing and thawing, a process that concentrates the sugars, acids and extracts, intensifying flavours and developing immense complexity. A joy for those who are accustomed to the best and appreciate the finest, delightful with fondue, sublime alongside recipes calling on roquefort, mascarpone or gorgonzola. Simply exquisite on its own.

A noble rot Eiswein grown to the inhospitable climes of Niagara Peninsula, where the fruit is painstakingly hand picked under the most severe conditions. Classic botrytised Riesling characters, elegant citrus flavours of developed limes and grapefruit as well as ripe apricot and peach, followed by a slight mineral edge.
