Benromach was the first distillery anywhere in the world to introduce a Sassicaia cask finish. The heritage listed Beenleigh Rum Works are the oldest registered distillery in Australia. Robert Johnston settled an area just outside of current day Brisbane circa 1864, sowing his property to sugar cane and arrowroot. One of the few historic distilleries, still operating in Australia, Beenleigh houses the oldest operating still, built in 1864. Australia's original Rum, distilled in the old fashioned way, transferred to a selection of seasoned Brandy vats and Bourbon barrels for a minimum two years maturation, before blending into the finished Beenleigh Pot Distilled Rum.

Tyrolean farmers traditionally turned fruit, herbs, roots and berries into the finest and most flavoursome spirits, elixirs of life and mystical household remedies. The secret of this fiery hot liqueur lies in the seventeen devilishly good herbs. Burnet and centaury, curaçao peel, liquorice and cinnamon rind, cloves, wormwood and sage, combined with closely guarded herbs and extracts, all gently sweetened with pure cane sugar. Blended with Fine Old Original Jamaican Rum and fashioned into a deliciously devilish liqueur. Not for the faint of heart.

The recipe of this remarkable bourbon dates back to 1796, when Basil Hayden himself was a master distiller. Hayden was born and raised in Maryland, where he learned to make whiskey from rye. When he came to Kentucky, Hayden began making whiskey from a base of corn, but added a higher percentage of rye than other distillers, resulting in a smooth, mild bourbon that was distinctly his own. Basil Hayden's is unique in that it utilizes twice as much rye in it as the other bourbons in the Jim Beam Small Batch Collection. This abundance of rye gives it a slightly peppery taste and aroma, perfect for sipping on the rocks.

Bärenjäger bear hunter was introduced during the 15th century by the Prussian Teucke & König bear trap company, in an effort to end the struggle between man and bear. Bärenjäger was the first commercially produced moonshine Mead Meschkinnes, brewed from honey by beekeepers and farmers. Folklore has it that Meschkinnes was formulated to aid hunters attract bears and lure them from their dwellings. Bärenjäger contains 300 grams of pure honey per litre, a subtly sweet, spicy, herb edged flavour.

Following the success of the limited edition PortWood® 1989, David Stewart The Balvenie Malt Master selected a number of traditional whisky casks of The Balvenie distilled in nineteen ninety one that were considered perfect for further maturation in Port Pipes. This has created a Single Malt Scotch Whisky that is rich and fruity and long in the finish. The Balvenie Portwood 1991 is an extremely limited release vintage edition.

A rare and exceptionally fine Single Malt which has spent two and a half decades under the expert personal care of Balvenie's Malt Master. To create The Balvenie Port Wood 21 Years, a marriage of rare Balvenie is transferred to seasoned oak casks, which have previously held vintages of fine Port wines. These barrels of maturing Malt are regularly sampled by The Balvenie Malt Master to ensure that just the right amount of Port Wood character is imparted by the casks, enhancing and developing the Single Malt whilst preserving its distinctive qualities and character.
