From Shiraz grapes grown principally to the illustrious Brown Brothers Milawa Vineyard. Fruit has been left on the vine to achieve high sugar levels, making a rich, complex fortified wine. A favourite at Milawa, this magnificent mix of ancient Tawnies ates back to choice vintages of the 1950s with selected material from the best years since. Divine and unsurpassable, the flavours are many and complex. An ambrosia of raisin, liquorice and tobacco, brought forward by the timeless freshness of malty citrus and ripe orchard fruits.

The richness of Shiraz and the softness of Grenache together with smaller quantities of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignane, Mataro and other varieties, combine together in the Port Soleras at Milawa to produce this Tawny style Port. The fortifying grape spirit is subtle and the wood maturation of this young tawny port has enhanced the developed qualities of the wine. The Reserve Port is drawn from a labyrinthine complex of soft old wines stored under the Brown Brothers cellars in barrel, and blended with fruity young wines into a warm nutty, and satisfyingly rich old Port.

Bleasdale was established in 1850, classified by the National Trust and listed on the State National Heritage Registers. Fully conversant with the soils, the microclimates and the cycle of flooding which nourishes the unique terroir of the estate's vineyards, fifth generation winemaker Michael Potts cultivates the old Grenache and Verdelho vines destined for inclusion into the Wise Old Tawny. A smooth rich Port wine full of rancio and nutty flavours obtained through a slow maturation over many years under small oak casks. It's all about the history and moreish Tawny rancio richness.

Barbadillo is one of the largest and most venerated producers of fortified wine in the whole of the Jerez region. Amongst their portfolio are some of the best known and prestigious brands of España such as Solear and Muyfina. Barbadillo was a true pioneer within the industry producing the first ever white wine of Andalucía, the Castillo de San Diego . Barbadillo specializes in the full range of sherries permitted within the Marco de Jerez. Its headquarters are housed in a striking building known as the Casa Palacio de la Cilla, which dates back to 1773.

Steeped in history, the original Baileys store was situated next door to the Glenrowan Inn where widow Jones hosted Ned Kelly's siege. Following the gold rush, the Baileys turned to farming and settled on a property which they named Bundarra. Rural life was harsh and the Glenrowan countryside was stubborn. But the Baileys persevered, eventually sowing one of the most enduring vineyards in Australian history.

The Baileys of Glenrowan property is endowed with some of Victoria's oldest plantings. After the devastation of phylloxera at the turn of last century, vines were replanted in the rich granite soil below the Warby Ranges. Bailey's wickedly moreish fortifieds are all made entirely from fruit grown to the estate's quarantined Glenrowan vineyard, carefully barrel aged under perfect conditions to ensure a memorable drinking experience upon release.

All Saints store their ageing fortifieds in the Great Hall, an area of a castle built in the 1880s, lined with huge 100-year-old oak casks, filled with rare wines. Some of these fortified wines are up to eighty years old and form the base of the rich fortified All Saints blends. The wines are amongst Australia's and the world's greatest, internationally extolled for their richness and lusciousness. All Saints Estate won the first gold medal for Australian wine in 1873 at the London International Exhibition and continues to win trophies and receive rave reviews today.

Fashioned from barrels of old stock of various vintages, All Saints has lovely flavours of butterscotch and apricot, fresh lifted spirit, and that sensational aromatic profiles.
